Operated by Kool Telecom Inc. ("Kooltel"). Last updated: 24 June 2026.
This policy explains what information Koolendar (koolendar.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Koolendar is a scheduling service that lets you publish availability and accept appointments.
When you connect a Google account, Koolendar requests access to your Google Calendar solely to:
Limited Use disclosure. Koolendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the scheduling service or as required by law. We do not allow humans to read this data unless you give explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
We use your account and booking information to operate the service: to authenticate you, schedule and confirm appointments, send appointment notifications and reminders by email, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal information. Booking details are shared only with the parties to a given appointment. Service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. email delivery, hosting) process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a connected calendar at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
Data is transmitted over TLS and access tokens are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
