By creating an account or using Koolendar (koolendar.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Koolendar is a scheduling tool that lets you publish availability, connect calendars, and accept appointments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts it for others.
If you connect a third-party calendar (e.g. Google, Microsoft, CalDAV), you authorize Kooltel Booking to access that calendar to check availability and manage the bookings you accept. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or from the third-party provider.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or using it to send spam or harmful content.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kool Telecom Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
